The background of the study is based on the important role of teachers as the main party in supporting the quality of education. Optimal teacher performance is triggered by internal conditions such as work enthusiasm and self-confidence, accompanied by external factors, such as work pressure. A quantitative approach was applied in this study, with a population of 50 teachers at SMA Negeri 1 Bluto Sumenep, all of whom were taken as samples through a saturated sampling technique. Data were collected through questionnaires, then the data were analyzed using SPSS-based multiple linear regression, and the results showed that partially, work motivation and self efficacy have a positive and significant impact on teacher performance, while job stress has a negative but significant influence. Together, these three variables have a significant influence on teacher performance. The results of this analysis indicate that increased motivation and self efficacy, as well as good stress management, play a crucial role in supporting teacher performance improvement.
